A passionate, self-taught artist, Larry Edward Smith has been photographing since childhood. Over the years, his love for photography has grown into a dedicated practice that combines creativity, curiosity, and a strong eye for detail.
He now operates Larry Edward Smith Photography, which specializes in portrait work. His portrait clients include business professionals, media members, and performing artists.
In addition, Larry is The Outdoors Photographer, which focuses on capturing light, color, and moments in nature. The Outdoors Photographer's work is featured in exhibitions in Chicago, through C=Chicago Alliance of Visual Artists, and at Cathedral Ridge Winery in Hood River, Oregon. Exhibit dates: October 27 through March 2026.
